Rebecca Winters is a licensed Colorado Attorney who zealously represents her clients. Few other attorneys solely manage their cases through to the end. Clients like the fact that their cases are handled by one experienced attorney. She doesn't delegate your case to paralegals, nor to "a team" of attorneys and assistants who don't know you. Rebecca takes pride in working directly with each client.
"I have always enjoyed handling all aspects of the cases I manage on behalf of clients. Most cases get resolved quickly. But, some go all the way through trial and any necessary appeals. Clients tell me that my representation is straightforward and easy. They tell me that they feel comfortable in the process. This is important because clients want to have their matters resolved in their favor. They have my confidence and trust."

'"Bankruptcies are managed in Federal
Court.
The atmosphere is intimidating, the laws can be
complicated, and the Trustee's job is to protect the creditors. Without an attorney it can be very scary
and costly. I love to simplify the
process for clients. I handle all of the paperwork
and procedures, working through the local rules and case law for
clients. Clients just
gather the necessary information
and review their paperwork. We go to court together. I am proud to provide incredibly
affordable rates and services for clients who would otherwise be kept out of the
process.'"
